Gym Five-0 is your virtual gym located anywhere, and you choose the time. All you need is an internet connection, a 2x2 metre area in your home, garage, and weather permitting, in your garden. If you are time constrained to join an online live group session, no problems, do our self guided workouts.
Gym Five-0 workouts are tailored for us who are 50 plus or feeling like 50.
Five week block, by 5 sessions per week, Five exercises per session, and Repeat for 20 mins. Session structure is 10 min session prep/warmup, 20 min go hard or easy as you like, and 10 min cool down/stretch.
Gym Five-0 is free to attend and participate. One condition, we need you to register. donation or sponsorship will be very much appreciated. OR you can purchase Gym Five-0 merchandise.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to undertake any exercise if you have medical issues or physical injuries without first consulting a qualified professional beforehand. Please remember there is a risk associated with undertaking any form of exercise. Therefore when training, always ensure you do it in a proper, suitable and safe environment, as well as always enuring you warm-up correctly BEFORE attempting exercise. It is critical to ensure your technique is correct and most importantly, you always train with your own capabilities, as well as observing any and all safety practices/codes of conduct, which may be present within your own gym or chosen training area.
You register your attendance for a 5 week block, 2 sessions per week. We will email you an invite to a Zoom meeting (for online live group classes) with a password or a link to our Self Guided workouts. Sessions last 40 minutes. If you miss a session, you can replay the session later.
All you need is an internet connetion to support video streaming, a device to connect to a Zoom meeting (for online live group classes) or stream the self guided workout, 2x2 metre area, a towel, water and your energy. We recommend an exercise mat, appropriate exercise clothing, and a fan to keep you from overhearting.
